9 eggs separated
3/4 cup matzoh cake flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1 1/2 cup sugar
Dash of salt in yellow of egg
1 lemon or 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually.
Beat yellows of eggs with orange juice until foamy and fold into the whites.
Sift together the potato starch and matzoh cake flour and fold into other mixture.

Bake for 1 or 1 1/4 hours at 325º.
