2 1/2 c super fine blanched almond flour
2 tsp pumpkin spice blend
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 c canned pumpkin puree
1/2 c honey
4 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º

Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.

In a separate large bowl add the wet ingredients, using a hand mixer to blend together

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and use hand mixer to blend.

Divide into muffin liners

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes, rotating the muffin tray at the halfway mark.

Remove and transfer to wire cooling rack to cool completely.

Can store in a sealed container in the fridge up to a week.
