1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp almond flavour extract
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 can (540ml) cherry or blueberry pie filling
Icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and salt. Beat in one egg at a time.
Add another cup sugar and rest of ingredients and mix. Spread 2/3 batter into bottom of a large cookie sheet. Spread pie filling over batter. Top with 1/3 of batter (Drop in spoon fulls) Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until golden. When serving dust with icing sugar or drizzle some icing over top.
