Notes: Not gonna lie I debated over whether to include this or not. Every online site I looked at said a student needs to know how to make a ragu or bolognese sauce but I have tried numerous over the years and;
a) I found them disappointing b) I found they weren't worth the effort at the end of a long day
So I use a pre prepared jar :)
This is so easy and you can use it to make spaghetti bolognese or lasagne. Can be frozen as long as the mince you use to make it is fresh (eg has not already been frozen as you cannot freeze meat twice). I've assumed for this recipe that you have a 400 or 450g pack of mince, you can buy bigger or smaller packs but the ratio of meat to sauce works best with this.
Spaghetti is difficult to measure but one pack often feeds 5 so just grab about 2 fingers worth for each person.
