2 cups flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup apple, peeled and grated
Topping;
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs, cream and margarine and stir into dry ingredients, mixing just until blended. Stir in apples. Put into 9x13 inch cake pan and sprinkle topping over top. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
* Use recipe without topping for delicious muffins.
