8 Hard-boiled eggs 1 avocado 2tbspplain yogurt 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1/2 cup of very very sharp cheddar 2 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together with egg yolks. Spoon filling into the eggs and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. I don't need to say, cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks in a bowl Do I?
