Directions:
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for 25 minutes

Whilst the potatoes are boiling grill the sausages

When the potatoes are boiled, drain and then mash to a smooth paste adding in 2 heaped tablespoons of grated cheese, a tablespoon of Dijon Mustard and plenty of butter

Use an ice cream scoop to serve pretty balls of mash and place 3 sausages across the top with green beans on the side and lashings of bisto gravey (I always add white wine vinegar to the gravy, kids love it).

Quick, easy and heart warming after a hard day at school followed by sports training. The dijon, butter and cheese in the mash give an incredible flavour.
