1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg

¾ cup of sugar
½ cup oil
2 eggs

½ cup all bran
1½ tsp grated orange peel
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup grated zucchini
½ cup nuts

Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp grated orange peel
1½ cups icing sugar
Milk to mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Beat. Stir in the next ingredients. Add flour, zucchini and nuts. Cook at 325º for 35 minutes.
