1 1/2 lb whole pork loin
1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c honey
2 T soy sauce
1/4 t ginger or 1/2 t fresh ginger
1/4 t ground cloves
salt & Pepper

To prepare for freezing:
1.bag up pork.
2.Put into a 1 gallon freezer bag: cranberry sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger and cloves.
3. Put both baggies in a gallon freezer bag. Freeze

Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350º. Heat a 5 qt dutch oven (with a lid) and 1 T olive oil on the stove. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides. Add the cranberry mixture. Place the covered dutch oven in the preheated oven and bake for 22-25 minutes or until the pork reaches 160º with a meat thermometer.

The original recipe had 1 c of cranberry juice cocktail but it never said when to add it. So I left it out for now.
