Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Biscuits (any variety you like)
1-2 lbs Pork sausage (any flavor, I like spicy)
Flour
Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare biscuits as directed.

Brown sausage in a large, deep sauce pan. Sprinkle flour directly onto sausage, by 1/2 cups full until the grease from the sausage has been absorbed. The sausage will look dull, but not white. Stir sausage for a couple of minutes to cook the flour. Add milk a couple of cups at a time, stirring and allowing it to thicken between each addition. Add milk until desired thickness is achieved. Add salt and pepper if desired. Serve over biscuits.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
2 lbs of sausage will make quite a bit of gravy, maybe 6-8 cups. If there's not a lot of fat after browning the sausage, you may want to add a tablespoon or 2 of butter before adding the flour.
