Smoked sausage ( Eckrich skinless 2 in pkg) sliced 1/4 in slices
1 lb whole shrimp cooked
1 to 1½ 32 oz boxes chicken broth
1 onion chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small green onion chopped fine
1 large jar pimentos
16 oz spaghetti broken in half or third pieces and cooked
1 small box Velveeta (1#)
1 large can water chestnuts drained and chopped
6-8 slices bacon cooked and crumbed
1 tsp Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp pepper to taste
Liquid smoke to taste (if you want)
Frenches canned onion rings (if you want)

Directions:
Cook spaghetti
Make sauce of soup, broth, onion, pepper, pimentos & ½ Velveeta cheese, salt, pepper and garlic
Mix in sausage and heat until cheese melts; add shrimp
Pour into a grease 9x13 casserole and bake at 350º for 30 minutes covered loosely
Uncover and add remaning cheese grated; bacon and canned onion rings
Bake uncovered another 15 minutes
