1 med shallot minced,2 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp thyme 2 tbsp white wine vinegar,1/2 cup thick yogurt,1/3 cup virgin olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp wholegrain mustard, salt pepper.

Directions:
In a food processor, process half of ingredients, without yogurt or oil. fold in yogurt and pulse . with the blender on slow add oil and rest of all ingredient. Transfer to a bowl adds salt pepper. Let set about an hour , stir prior to serving
