2 lb kosher salami

Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp orange juice
¼ cup Dijon mustard

Toothpicks

Measurements for sauce are estimates. You want sauce to be thick, not runny. You can add additional brown sugar to thicken.

Directions:
Cook salami for 45-60 min at 325º on foil lined pan. Make sure to roll it over cooking all sides.

In medium sized bowl, put in brown sugar, orange juice and Dijon mustard. Adjust amounts to make it thick. Spread sauce over salami and continue basting and adding sauce until sauce is bubbly. Reserve some sauce for dipping.

Cut salami into bite size pieces. Place toothpicks in pieces. Serve.
