1 tin of Corned beef
1 large onion
2 bell peppers yellow&red
1 magic cube or tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of tomato purée
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put the olive oil into the pan on high heat for 5 mins then fry the diced onion, chopped bell peppers, magic cube, tomato purée, garlic powder and bay leaf for approximately 5 mins until the vegetables are soft.

Next add Corned Beef stir for 1 mins then reduce the heat to low, let fry for 4 mins.
Serve warm with boiled pasta, spaghetti or rice.
