Cream cheese w/enough milk for dipping consistency
Curry powder
Onion
Canned baby shrimp
Hard boiled egg
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese w/enough milk for dipping consistency.

Add: curry powder to taste. Spread this evenly in a pie dish or some flat type dish.

Top with: Enough finely grated onion to cover.
Then add chopped baby shrimp on top of onion.
Then grate hard boiled egg over onion.

This is great on various types of crackers. I have also carefully mixed all the ingredients together and stuffed celery.
