1 pound fideo pasta (very thin noodles)
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2-inch strips (or other meat)
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 can bamboo shoots, sliced
1 can baby corn (optional)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare all ingredients. I usually put in separate small bowls or plates. Cook pasta according to package directions, al dente. Heat at least 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet or walk over medium-high heat. Stir fry ingredients in order listed, adding soy sauce to taste. Once vegetables are cooked to your liking and meat is cooked through, add noodles and toss together.
