Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice (Original Recipe)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can water (I used 1 ¾ cans of chicken broth to make rice more moist/flavorful)
1 can mushrooms (Optional)
Chicken breasts or tenders (I use 3 large breasts, but can do as many as needed.)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13" baking pan. Mix rice, soups, water (or broth). I added 1 ¾ cans for rice to be more moist. Arrange raw chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover and seal with foil. Bake 350° for 1 ½ hours or until done, No Peeking. Your house will smell amazing.
The recipe showed the breasts to be brown on top, mine didn't brown but were moist and very tasty. Possibly do the extra liquid. If you prefer them to be brown, use less water, uncover and bake longer, or broil for a few minutes.
