1 box of Puff Pastry Sheets (Pepperidge Farm) , contains 2 sheets, completely thawed
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2/3 c. Confectioners Sugar
1 Egg White
Turbunado Sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400º F.

2.Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat.

3. Mix softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar using a mixer/hand mixer or whisk. Set aside.

4.Roll out completely thawed puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares. You should get a total of 18 squares from one box.

5.Spread cream cheese mixture on each square on an angle.

6. Flip one corner of the puff pasty square towards the center and press corner down. Flip the other side over towards the center, overlapping the other and gently press down on puff pasty to seal.

7. Arrange them on lined baking sheet.

8. Crack an egg in a bowl, discard yolk, and whisk egg white until foamy. Brush egg white on the cheese rolls.

9. Dust with turbunado sugar before putting inside the oven.

10. Bake for 20-22 minutes , or until pastry is puffed up, flaky and golden brown.
