2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilis
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilis
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 can whole kernel sweet corn (optional)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley "Spicy Ranch" dry mix

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Be sure to drain Rotel and black olives before adding. Not necessary to use whole package of dry Ranch mix. Serve hot or chilled with your favorite tortilla chips!

I only add corn if I have a package of frozen sweet corn from the family patch! Canned corn just isn't as good!
