1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 lg. tortilla shells
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can enchiladas sauce

Garnish:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Black olives
Sour cream
Opt. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion, drain off fat. Fill tortilla shells with beef mixture; put in 9x13" sprayed baking pan. Mix soups and enchilada sauce; pour over tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 350° 30 minutes.
Add desired garnishes.
