1 large head cabbage, chopped
2 tsp. Salt
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cups white sugar,
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp. Celery seed
1 tsp. Mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed until sugar is dissolved. Add green pepper, celery and cabbage to sugar mixture, let stand ½ hour. Pack loosely into containers and freeze until ready to serve.
