1½ C. Sugar
5 Eggs, beaten
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cans Evaporated Milk
2 Qts. Milk
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 bag Ice Cream Salt
1 Lg. Bag Crushed Ice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar in electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, bottled milk and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour into 1 1/2 to 2 quart ice cream freezer can. Place can in ice cream freezer. Pack ice and ice cream salt in alternate layers around can. Freeze in Electric Ice Cream Freezer until freezer stops or in a Crank Ice Cream Freezer until it's difficult to turn.

Pour off water and pack more ice -- let ice cream set and "ripen" in ice cream freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
