1/4 c. maple syrup
2 t. butter
2-4 apples, coarsely chopped
2-4 T. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. GF Flour Blend
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
2 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté apples in 1/4 c. syrup and butter 5 minutes, until slightly softened. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Drizzle 2-4 T. syrup. Mix dry. Mix wet; combine with dry. Pour over apples. Bake 20-30 minutes at 375º. Cool 5 minutes; invert.
