2 cans whole corn
2 cans creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 14 oz. brick of swiss cheese, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tube packages of saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole dish or any casserole dish that will hold the mixture. Mixture can be refrigerated before cooking.
Cook at 375 degrees until top is golden brown and mixture is bubbling. Having a crowd? Double the recipe. You can add pimentos for color.

A Thanksgiving favorite. An excellent recipe.

This is one of a very few favorite family dishes for any get-together such as July 4th or Thanksgiving. I recommend trying this one and the Broccoli Casserole which is also a favorite.
