2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp ginger, grated
¼ cup onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp molasses
¼ cup dark brown sugar
½ Tbsp Worcester sauce
2 Tbsp black vinegar (or rice vinegar)
1 tsp chili paste [Optional]
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp cornstarch
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Add sesame oil to a saucepan and set over medium heat.
When the oil is warmed, add garlic, ginger, onion, and cook until they are softened (about 4 to 5 minutes).
Whisk in the soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, chili paste (optional), and sesame seeds. Bring it to a simmer.
Whisk together cornstarch and water in a bowl, then slowly whisk into the saucepan. Continue to whisk ingredients while heating until the sauce has thickened slightly. Approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Marinade the meat (pork chop, London broil, or other types of steak).
Grill.
