Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was my mother's recipe that she baked for all our birthdays, holidays and special occasions. She would sometimes make a frosting similar to divinity, and sometimes make a guava filling. She always made the cake with fudge frosting with pecans in the frosting between layers and whole pecans on top to go with our buffet after Christmas eve midnight church services.
