1 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2-3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Blend the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2) Add eggs, one at a time
3) In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, tarter, soda and salt
4) Slowly add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter
5) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
6) Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl
7) Using a cookie scoop, roll each cookie in the sugar/ cinnamon mixture
8) Place each cookie on your baking sheet pan
9) Bake 8-10 minutes, place on a rack to cool

This is Mark’s favorite cookie. When we would travel to Billings from Glasgow to visit our first grandchildren, we always would bring some kind of a cookie for them. One time when Quinn was between 3-4 years, we brought Snickerdoodles that were made small. Quinn immediately took the bag of cookies and disappeared. When asked of the bag of cookie whereabouts, she said they were in her room. I guess these are one of her favorites also
