½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ¼ cup flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Spray 8” square pan with cooking spray.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add milk, vanilla, and egg. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread dough in pan and smooth top. Cook for 5 minutes.
