3 lg. cans diced tomatoes
2 lg. onions, diced
1 T. dried oregano or fresh
chili powder, to taste
garlic salt or 3-4 cloves fresh garlic
3 T. hot taco sauce
and/or 1/2 t. Tabasco sauce
and/or chopped jalapeno
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped, optional

Mix all. Let set for 30 minutes to meld flavors. Enjoy!
