4 trimmed pork chops
1 large chopped onion
2 sliced carrots
Celery (optional)
60 ml flour
500 ml ginger beer
1 beef stock cube dissolved in 125 ml hot water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chops in pan and remove
2. In same pan, saute onions, carrots and celery
3. Add flour and cook for 1 min
4. Blend in ginger beer and add stock - bring to boil and when thickened, add chops
5. Cover dish and place in oven for 45 min at 180C - or till tender
