For base:
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour

For filling:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
Salt, pinch

For frosting:
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
Grated lemon rind and juice of lemon
1 tsp boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine base and bake at 350 F for 12 mins.
2. Combine eggs, coconut, sugar, walnuts, baking powder and salt, and pour on top of base, and then bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Let cool.
3. Combine frosting (icing sugar, grated lemon rind and juice of 1 lemon, and 1 tsp boiling water) and then pour and spread on top of baked filling – let stand to set.
