6 Eggs
2 cups Milk
2 slices bread, lightly toasted cut into cubes (White, wheat, rye, your choice)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 lb sausage, browned

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 casserole, coated with cooking spray, layer bread cubes, sausage, cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over casserole layers. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until set.
