Can of Chickpeas
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1.5 - 2 TBSP Madras curry powder
Can of coconut milk
Tsp soy sauce (or more to taste)
Tsp sugar (opt)
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Warm coconut milk in a sauce pan, then add remaining ingredients. (NO OIL) Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice and a green veg stir fry.
