1 can green beans, washed & drained
1 can English peas
1/2 green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 onion, chopped
red pepper or pimento (med. jar)
1 can shoepeg corn
radishes (optional)
1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
Optional seasonings if desired:
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. tarragon
1/2 t. basil
1/2 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine vinegar, oil, and sugar in a saucepan and heat slightly until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and mix gently. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
