500g beef - cubed
2 red peppers - large dice
1 onion - large dice
12 mushrooms - half
2 large tomatoes - large dice
2 cl garlic
2 cups gravy
3-4 tbsp HP sauce (depending upon taste)
1/2 c red wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients, in advance as this is a dish that goes together quickly
2. Add 2 tbsp oil to pot and sear beef on all sides - do in batches to ensure it remains crisp on outside - do not overcook to centre. Set aside.
4. Sauté peppers and mushrooms on high heat until begin to brown - charred bits.
5. Add crushed garlic, cooking for 1 minute then add tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes, until just soft.
6. Add wine and cook until alcohol burns off, about 3 minutes.
7. Mix in gravy, HP sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over rice
