1 c. uncooked rice - cooked
1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 beaten egg
1 (4-oz.) jar pimento & oil
mushrooms, optional

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole & heat.

This dish is very good with baked ham.
