2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 c. pecans, roughly chopped
2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts, pecans, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Turn the Brussels sprouts cut side down. Roast until golden and tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
