2 (10-oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 (3-oz.) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ½ oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Parmesan cheese
1 T. seasoned breadcrumbs

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Combine butter and cream cheese in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and cream cheese is softened. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese mixture, pepper, and lemon juice; stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 1½ quart casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
