4T Butter
3 lbs round steak cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 clove garlic - crushed
3 onions
4T Flour
1/2 cup burgundy wine
1/2 cup water
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup black coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in dutch over, add meat to brown. Add garlic, onions and cook until soft, remove from pan Blend in flour with butter in pan. Add wine, water, seasonings and coffee.

Stir till slightly thickened. Return meat to pan and bring to a boil cover and simmer for and hour in a half or until the meat is tender.
