3 c. peeled mashed figs (about 20 med.)
2 3 oz pkgs. strawberry flavor gelatin
3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mash figs, gelatin and sugar in a larage pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour quickly into glasses. Makes about 6 medium glasses.

When friends gave me figs, I looked for different ways to use them. This jam has a really good color and the figs' seeds make it look like there are strawberries in the jam.
