1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 C sugar
3 T ground cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
4 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and halved
1 C confectioner's sugar
1 t vanilla
3 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 425 degrees. Light spray baking sheet.

Roll out each sheet of pastry and cut into quarters. Will make 8 six inch squares.

Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Brush each square with beaten egg. Place one apple half core side down and top
with 1 T of sugar mix. Pull four corners over top and pinch together.

Brush each dumpling with egg.

Place in oven for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake another 25 minutes.

Cool. When cool make icing and drizzle over top.
