1 package cherry Jello
1 bag frozen raspberries, drain well and save juice
1 cup crushed pineapple, drain well and save juice
1 large apple, unpeeled, chopped
½ - ¾ cup nuts (I use walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Make early in the day or day before:
■ Make Jello using 1 ¾ cup water. Cool.
■ Add drained raspberries and pineapple. Stir.
■ Add chopped apple and nuts. Stir.
■ Set in ring mold or individual cups.
■ Refrigerate until set.

■ Before serving, remove Jello from mold and garnish with parsley if desired.
■ Serve with sour cream dressing (see below).

Make the dressing the day you serve
1 large sour cream
Juice from raspberries or pineapple (I use the raspberry juice with maybe a touch of the pineapple)

Usually I avoid Jello molds like the plague – too boring, and they taste like flavored rubber. Yuck! This one, however, is fresh and really tasty. Perfect with a holiday meal.
