1/2 Cup Flour
1.5 tsp Ground Mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 Tbs of Butter
4 Thinly Cut Chicken Breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Either heat oven to 350º and grease a small baking dish or this recipe also does well in a crockpot.

1) Heat 4 Tbs of oil in medium sized skillet.
2)Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Dredge chicken in flour mixture and place in heated skillet.
3) Brown chicken. And remove from skillet.
4)Mix chicken broth into the remaining flour mixture. Mix until flour is incorporated well.
5) Melt butter in the skillet. Add the flour/ chicken broth mixture stir to deglaze the skillet. Simmer for 1 minute.
6) Place half mixture into crockpot or baking dish. Place chicken and top with remaining mixture.

Bake for 1hour 15 min or cook on low in crockpot for 2 hours.
