12 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 c butter, softened
1 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c milk
TOPPING:
1/2 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat butter till light and fluffy; add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Add vanilla. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk. Fold in raspberries. Spoon into greased muffin pans
Topping: combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of muffins.
Bake at 375 º for 28 minutes
