6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
1 tsp of vanilla
1 box of confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar)
6 cups of flour
1 tsp anise extract
6 tsp of baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until well blended with a hand or stand mixer. Mix in sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth. Add flour until a little at a time until a dough ball forms. Knead dough until thoroughly mixed. Roll dough in small batches to prevent drying out. Cut into ropes and make rosettes. Bake at 350 for 12 – 15 minutes. Take out of oven and allow to fully cool. they can be iced or left plain.
