1 Tbp oil
1 clove garlic, diced fine
1/2 red (or other) onion, finely chopped
1 red or green peppers, chopped
1 lb. lean ground turkey or chicken
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Rosarita refried beans with lime and green chile
1/2 cup water
1 Tbp. chili powder
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp.
Cumin 3 pinches
1 can fire roasted tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot and cook peppers and onion gently for about 10-15 min. Add garlic at the end.
2. Add ground turkey, chili powder, cumin, and salt stirring and breaking up turkey until cooked through.
3. Stir in beans and tomatoes and water, stir well, bring to a boil and then turn down to medium low. Cook for 45 minutes.
4. Serve as is or with any garnishes or additions desired.
