1 lb hamburger
½ lb pork sausage
3 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onion
½ t poultry season
1-1½ stick butter
2 big bags croutons
1 box chicken broth
pepper
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger, pork sausage, celery and butter very well. Let cool. Put croutons in a large mixing bowl. Pour all chicken broth over them. In a small bowl beat 4 eggs, pour in with croutons, add ½ t poultry seasoning and pepper. Pour cooked ingredients in with croutons and mix well. Spray baking dish with pam and pour ingredients in. If not moist add some milk. Bake in oven at 350º for an hour with cover on.
