Ingredients:  
1+1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
3 stalks celery & leaves, sliced
4 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce2 tsp sugar
1 rounded TB oregano
1 rounded TB sweet basil
salt & pepper to taste
16 oz Mustacoioli pasta noodles (Penne)
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 (60 oz??) Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Brown meat then drain fat & add onion & celery.

Cook until onions & celery are tender.

Blend in sauce, sugar & spices, cover & simmer for about an hour.

About 15 minutes before sauce is done, cook pasta , drain & set aside

In a large casserole dish layer noodles
sauce
ricotta
mozzarella
parmesan
Repeat the layers & top with sauce.

Bake 45 minutes
