Ingredients:  
3 - 4 pounds chicken, cut up
1-2 pounds pork shoulder, cut up
1 pound cubed beef, in 3" cubes
1 large onion, sliced
3 quarts water
1 (1 lb, 13 oz) tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 - 10 oz bag frozen lima beans
1 - 10 oz bag frozen butter beans
4 large round white potatoes
1 stalk celery, washed & cut up
1 pound butternut squash, peeled & cut up
3-4 cups frozen corn or 12 pieces on the cob
1 - 10 oz bag of frozen okra
1 TB salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 small pod red pepper
4 TB butter




























Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken , pork & beef & onion in large pan & add water & simmer for 2 hours

Add next 5 ingredients & simmer for another hour, stirring often

Add celery, squash, corn, okra.& seasonings; cook another half hour , stirring often, until mixture thickens.

Remove any loose bones, add butter & stir

Serve warm
