Kirkland artichoke hearts marinated in oil
Bacon
9 min-boiled eggs
Red onion
Rice vinegar
baby Bella mushrooms sliced
White cheddar cheese or blue cheese crumble

Wilted baby spinach artichoke salad

Cook Two strips of bacon , set aside
Boil two large eggs for nine minutes ,set aside


Combined in a bowl
4 - 1/4 artichokes ( from Kirkland )
1/4 cup oil from the Artichokes jar
1/8 cup copped red onion
1/2 cup sliced baby Bella mushrooms
2 strips bacon chopped
2 eggs chopped ( semi soft yokes)

Microwave on height for three minutes

After three minutes
Take bowl out of Microwave.
Add in handful Raw Baby Spinach
2 oz of Crumbled cheese either sharp white cheddar or blue cheese
1/4 cup rice Vinegar
Add salt and pepper to taste and toss salad well
